Gayatree Dipchan is a UK trained Psychologist working with individuals and organisations since 2007. She has worked in different sectors such as the Oil and Gas, State Owned Corporations, Private Companies and Non Governmental Organisations. 

​

Originally from Trinidad and Tobago, she now resides in Stavanger, Norway. Having lived in the United States, Caribbean, United Kingdom and Norway, she has gained immense insight into understanding different cultural norms, professional environments, societal dynamics and the art of integration to create successful outcomes. 

​

What makes her different?

She has over 18 years as a behavioural consultant working with clients one on one. She has combined this experience and her training in Neuro Linguistic Programming and Cognitive behavioural Coaching to create an individualised coaching service to clients.

Current Collaborations (2024)

She currently works as a consultant for the Consultancy arm of NiNa Young Leaders Programme. They have been a part of UN funded research in the Caribbean region around Leadership and empowerment of young women in the region. Their work involves working in partnership with the communities and leaders within the region to bring a more informed approach to empowering young Caribbean women.

She is an external behavioural consultant working with the team at Waypoint Limited in Trinidad

 

She is an external behavioural consultant working with The Callen Group based in the United States

​

She is a proud mentor at GLEAC, within a network of industry and subject matter experts offering mentorship and coaching to varied industries globally.

​

Further to this, she is currently a co-author to the second book of Survive and Thrive with Joe Foster, the founder of Reebok. 

​

She is also a part of a research collaboration looking at Caribbean leadership perspectives.
