Approach to Therapy

Integrative Therapy is an individualised  approach that involves selecting techniques from different therapeutic orientations. It combines ideas and approaches that are more flexible and inclusive to the needs of the client.

This approach can be used in the treatment of a range of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, personality disorders, grief, self harm, low self esteem, eating disorders and trauma.

 

My primary approaches are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Dialectical behaviour Therapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming and Trauma Informed Therapy.
